  • Leadership

    I joined the Executive Team at the Detroit Foundation Hotel who had seen a slump in revenue post-Covid. I worked us a senior creative leading brand strategy, partnerships, events, PR efforts, and overall marketing budget to boost casual dinning, events sales, and guest room bookings.

  • Strategy

    We had to increase traffic and revenue on a budget so we created a VIP dinner series in our banquet hall with local influencer chefs. The buzz from the program created press opportunities, additional influencers brought the property to top of mind in the market, and the revenue from the dinner tickets made up for year over year losses.

  • Revenue

    I joined monthly PNL meetings to understand the gaps in revenue from the event sales and rooms teams. We created opportunities to increase bookings via curated events series and influencer stays that promoted staycation deals. This increased revenue in the off season 5% month over month.

Lead the brand marketing effort to increase press, foot traffic, and revenue.
